Smoothie recipe: Healthy Summer

So today I had an awesome smoothie for breakfast and I am going to share it with you. Now it's summer an time for something fresh, sweet and, cold.  This is a really easy recipe.

Ingredients: 5 servings   

  • 1 cup of blueberries                                                
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed fruit
  • 1/2 cup of frozen spinach
  • 1tp of peanut butter 
  • honey/sugar
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup milk 

First put spinach, then the frozen fruit, then the blueberries in a mixer/ smoothie maker. Then put the water on top. Then mix it for about 20 seconds. After that put about a teaspoon of sugar or honey into the mix to make it sweet. After that mix it for 40 more seconds. After that you can either eat it or to make it more sweet put more sugar or honey. Then enjoy your frozen treat.

  3. Spinach too? Wow, I guess this recipe is definitely worth trying! It seems like a very healthy drink for hot days. Thanks for sharing!

    1. ya it tastes really good. The spinach make it healthy but you can't really taste it in the smoothie.
